A rather incredible phenomenon

I’m surprised – what kind of discussion could become more appealing over time, just like high-quality liquor? Upon opening it, http://bbs.hcbbs.com/viewthread.php?tid=380611&page=1#pid2713262, there were just two simple replies, yet it received 5 ratings in total, amounting to 35 points. Should there be a time limit on rating moderators, so as to prevent rating just for the sake of it? Is it too simple to acquire wealth on the forum in certain sections? There aren’t many posts in many forums, but the number of times moderators make adjustments is extremely high; I originally thought that some moderators were making adjustments to the same post multiple times.
