Regarding the issue of compensation for registration

After registering as a chemical engineering engineer, one receives a practice seal and is held accountable for the drawings on which that seal is applied; the responsibility is significant yet there is no adequate compensation, so who would take on such risks? So I think I should receive corresponding compensation. As for the amount of 200~XXXX per month that the company paid individuals before registration, I think it was merely an acknowledgment of an individual’s abilities, with no other significance. Risk, responsibility, and reward go hand in hand; I believe everyone should understand that once the market is established, everyone’s earnings from their professional activities will be equalized. It’s meaningless to simply ask how much this chapter is worth; what matters is the amount of effort we put in. This is my opinion. Discussion is welcome.
It will take time to prove this! Do all chemical processing procedures require a stamp? After all, it’s not easy to determine the scope in this case!

It’s okay; in private companies or design firms, the salary is around 20,000 per month before taxes, maybe even higher. Also, it’s generally easy to earn an annual salary of over 100,000
