May I ask what analysis methods are currently being used for the determination of total sulfur in pure benzene? Control 0.1PPM
With such a low content, ultraviolet fluorescence may be the appropriate method. The Coulomb method has reached its limit. Other methods can use chromatography with an FPD detector, but it is also very difficult to determine these concentrations accurately.

For measuring 0.1PPM, the coulometric method is not accurate enough; the ultraviolet fluorescence method is more suitable. Using chromatography with an SCD detector also gives good results, though its performance is said to be rather unstable. The versions from Agilent are quite expensive.

Is it laboratory testing or online analysis? For laboratory analysis, accuracy can still be achieved using a chromatography FPD detector + automatic sampler. If it is online analysis, chromatography may not provide accurate results. Therefore, the adsorption of trace amounts of H2S in stainless steel pipelines is also a significant issue; if the ultraviolet fluorescence method is used, PVC or PFA pipelines can be employed for the transmission lines.
