Now I will explain this phenomenon: At the temperature and pressure reduction station, the steam coming from the outside is medium-pressure steam with a temperature of 190 degrees. After passing through this station, it becomes low-pressure steam, and its temperature is approximately 20 degrees lower than that of the medium-pressure steam. It appears that the temperature of the low-pressure steam after passing through the temperature and pressure reduction station is around 210 degrees; upon inspection, the thermal resistor is in good condition! Everyone, please share your views on this issue!
Check if there are any areas in the circuit where the connection is poor, which increases the resistance. Such as: on-site terminal blocks, terminal strips in the control room, and temperature change connection wires, etc.
Right, are the two thermal resistors connected in reverse? Check the line.
It should be a process issue; check the steam density table
The thermocouple measures potential; check the range corresponding to what is displayed by your device, and also see whether the voltage is stable (this is less likely to be the issue)
If that’s the case, it is recommended to try using a different thermistor, as it’s possible that the thermoelectric properties of the one currently in use have changed. If the problem persists even after switching to another thermistor, then it’s time to consult the process engineers.
Is a thermistor or a thermocouple being used? The temperature of the medium-pressure steam can’t be that low either; there’s a problem with that.

Let me say it again: these two temperature levels have never experienced such problems before. The issue arose around 11 a.m. yesterday, and normal conditions were restored by 2 p.m. If it were a problem with the wiring, then this kind of issue would keep occurring; if there’s a problem with the temperature of the medium-pressure steam, then it wouldn’t be possible for things to return to normal now
According to the original poster, it’s neither a wiring issue nor a steam problem; it only occurred for 3 short hours – how can this be considered an exception?
Check the manufacturing process and other equipment to see if there were any unusual situations during that period. Since there is nothing wrong with the components themselves, this short-term issue must be caused by some other factor as well; it’s necessary to try to find out what that factor is—but it’s indeed difficult to do so, as it’s hard to determine the scope involved.
