The vessel as defined in the specifications, fully assembled, tested, and ready for shipment. The vessel must be manufactured in accordance with the specifications, completed with all necessary installations and tests, and prepared for delivery. 2. All documentation, including individual vessel-related documents, in compliance with Specification SPC-0004. All relevant documents, including those prepared according to SPC-0004, must be provided. 3. Service gaskets, along with two extra sets of gaskets for all flanges and other joints that require gaskets during commissioning. This includes the proper gaskets for the flanges on the raw materials, plus two additional sets of gaskets for use during testing. (This seems incorrect.) 4. Service bolts, along with 10% more bolts of all sizes (minimum four). Proper bolts, along with an additional 10% of bolts of all sizes (with a minimum of four bolts). (This is incorrect; please refrain from commenting.) 5. All insulation rings, clips, lifting lugs, and fittings listed in the vessel’s specification sheet. All such components must be specified in the vessel’s documentation. 6. Connection bolts, as well as service and commissioning gaskets, for the flanges of vessels that are connected to other tanks, as specified. The connection bolts and gaskets for these flanges must match those specified for the other tanks. 7. Two anchor bolt templates for all vessels that have a skirt base at a certain elevation. For all such vessels, two template pieces for the anchor bolts at that specific elevation are required. (The translation is not accurate; it’s a bit confusing.)
