Recently, there has been incomplete combustion of sulfur in the device; liquid sulfur can be seen flowing down from the top through the bottom sight glass, and milky sulfur vapor is present at that sight glass. It might be a problem with the sulfur gun: 1. The nozzle is loose, causing sulfur leakage. 2. The nozzle is clogged, but not completely blocked, resulting in poor atomization. When the above phenomena occur, the vehicle should be stopped for inspection; otherwise, sublimated sulfur will carry on to later stages.
Check whether the inlet pressure of the sulfonate gun changes under the same load
I think there’s a problem with your nozzle; also, could it be that the oxygen level is insufficient?

5# Tangfan: We use instrument air as the misting air. The pressure of this instrument air is usually around 6 kilograms. During normal operation, the valves cannot be opened fully; they can only be opened to about 1/3 of their capacity, otherwise the furnace temperature will become unstable. Could this be the reason affecting the misting process?
A common problem with air-atomized sulfur guns is deformation of the gun, which causes the gaps around the nozzle to be out of alignment (the center of the nozzle is not aligned with the center of the gaps), resulting in poor material deposition.
