I would like to know what is the standard temperature of your factory’s 4.3-meter tamping coke oven? The average width is 500. For example, does the TJL4350D coke oven add a reduction value? How long does it take to coke? Our factory is a TJL4350D coke oven, the coking time is 24 hours, and the standard temperature is 1340/1350
Our factory TJLD, 23 hours, standard temperature 1355
Coking time is 23.5 hours, standard temperature is 1340/1350
We are JNDK43-99D； At 24 hours it is 1290 Moisture 13-15.
Why is there such a big gap? At 24 hours it is 1290 Moisture 13~15? ? ?
TJL4350 blast furnace gas heating, coking time 22 hours and 48 minutes, 1325/1335, 10% water, but our furnace wall is 90°.
Our company's TJL4350D coke oven has a standard temperature of 1300 and a moisture content of 7%.
