The shift gas lift tower has been in operation for less than a year, and it has been experiencing overpressure issues frequently recently. Experts are requested to analyze the causes of this overpressure
Are there ammonium carbonate crystals in the stripping gas line? Or is the pressure-control self-regulating valve not responding properly and stuck?
Check whether there is high pressure in series with low pressure, and verify whether the liquid level from the separation tank to the stripping tower is normal.
