The design of many of our company’s circulating water tanks is unreasonable, particularly in terms of sludge discharge: 1. There is no appropriate slope at the bottom of the tank (with the sewage outlet being at the lowest point), which makes it difficult to flush out the sludge from the tank; 2. The sewage outlet of the pool is located above the bottom surface, which prevents the sludge at the bottom from being washed away and removed from the pool ; Or a sedimentation tank has not been designed next to the wastewater outlet, and the wastewater/sludge is pumped out of the tank using submersible pumps ; 3. No side filtration system is designed, so it is not possible to maintain or improve the water quality of the circulating water. The equipment for the circulating water side filtration system is not installed on the main circulation pipeline to filter all of the circulating water; instead, a portion of the circulating water is diverted through this system for filtration. Through successive cycles of filtration, the impurities in the system are removed, and finally, necessary backwashing is used to eliminate these impurities from the water circulation system. By installing a circulating water side-filtering system in the circulating water system, sludge buildup in the pipelines at the system’s end can be prevented, and combined with chemical treatment, impurities within the water circulation system can be removed more effectively.
It is essential to install a bypass filter in a circulating water system! The bottom of the circulating pool should have a certain slope, leading toward the sewage outlet or drain. The discharge outlet or drain should be located at the lowest point of the circulation tank.
