How can we solve the problem and avoid setting it up? I think we should first consider several aspects: 1 First consider increasing the air volume. The air volume and heat at the front should be slightly larger. 2. Consider means of destroying the accumulation, manual cleaning, or opening a relatively large inspection opening in the front and installing a device similar to stirring. 3. Consider the handling issues after accumulation, and set up quick access doors up and down the wind to facilitate handling. 4. Rinse water problem. Since most of them are single air chambers, it is very likely that the water flow will not be clean during flushing and will flow back into the air duct. Consider flushing. Fluidized bed drying generally requires a certain material layer. In principle, the dry material is laid out first, and then heated to a certain temperature and then evenly distributed to dry the material. This can prevent the wet material from blocking the screen holes.
