This post was last edited by Jiang Chengzi on 2010-3-28 09:58. What preparations are needed before driving a vehicle that uses vaporization technology? For example, cleaning, airtightness testing, and individual equipment trial runs, etc. Could all my colleagues please explain it to me in detail? Also, explain in detail how to carry out each step specifically. I thank you here, little brother!
Who can give me the original startup procedure? We have a Texaco furnace with a capacity of 40 kilograms, featuring two-stage flashing; there is no heat exchanger for startup, and flashing needs to be utilized. Please provide me with a startup guide, preferably one that is quite detailed. Thank you for your support
I need this too, preferably in more detail
After the equipment installation is completed, the system must first be purged, washed with water, passivated through acid treatment, undergo hydrostatic testing and pneumatic testing. The oxygen pipelines as well as the equipment fittings and instruments must be degreased. The individual equipment units need to be assembled, the gasifier must be dried out, the speed and flow curves of the slurry pump must be calibrated, the entire plant must be tested in a coordinated manner, the safety system’s interlock valves must be tested, the lockhopper logic system must be tested, a simulated operation of the system without any material flow (in cold condition) must be carried out, a simulated operation with material flow (in cold condition) must also be conducted, the safety interlocks of the burner cooling water system must be tested, and finally, a simulated operation of the system with material flow (in hot condition) as well as actual operation with material feed must take place.
Are there plans for initial driving tests and tests of various equipment? Thank you, I need something more detailed
5# wlq1970: Which pipelines require pickling for vaporization? Could you introduce it? Thank you
