When the regeneration time of the adsorber was set at 50 seconds, the carbon monoxide level in the product exceeded the allowed limit; when it was adjusted to 45 seconds, the carbon monoxide level became too low. The purity of the product gas reached 99.9999%. However, it takes 48 hours to see the effects of adjusting the regeneration time on the quality of the product gas, and I’m not sure why that is.
It’s mainly because you conduct tests too infrequently. Contact the scheduler to arrange for sampling to be done after 2 hours, so that we can know the outcome of the adjustment.

Before reaching the breakthrough point, the impurity level in the adsorbent does not change significantly; once the absorbed impurities penetrate through the bed, the impurity level rises rapidly, which is why problems are not detected until 48 hours later.
