How to view previous Trend charts (for example, from a week ago)? I don’t know which file these images are in?
Open the trend group containing the table you want to view on the engineer station, then move the mouse to the right menu bar on the trend group screen; the icons located there will help you, so give it a try.
A long-term trend needs to be installed; otherwise, it will only last for one or two days. It’s best to create a REPORT PACKAGE
The default setting seems to be to save data for one week or one month; only after that period does it become necessary to use long-term trends.
When working with trends, take a look at your sampling period; if it’s set to a long period, you can check it. In the trend, just use icon dots for flipping forward and backward
Generally, the long-term storage location can be defined in a .sh file; you just need to define it yourself. However, this is possible only after installing the long-term trend package. If 1 second is set as the time interval, trends for 2 days can usually be viewed; to see data over a longer period, previous data needs to be imported.
If you have a long-term trend package, you can also use commands to export the data from when the trend was established up to the present, in Excel format. You can refer to the materials provided; in the CS3000 directory, within the PROGRAM folder, there is a file named BKcmd, which follows a fixed format, something like BKHTcsv... I can’t remember the exact details
It requires the support of long-term trend software. If you have such a software package, you can find previously saved data blocks in the open button located in the upper left corner of the trend window. These data blocks are saved by time period, allowing you to easily locate the data you need. However, even with long-term trend software, only one month’s worth of historical trends can be stored (regardless of the sampling interval). To save data over a longer period, you must periodically back up the saved trend data blocks to other folders. You can still use the trend browsing window to view the trend data saved in those other folders
