Reactor jacket issues

Assuming the temperature of the mixture inside the reactor is 130 degrees and the volume of the mixture is 2/3 full, circulating water (at 20 degrees) is prepared for cooling purposes. If cooling down results in water at the outlet, close the inlet and outlet of the circulating water at this point. Will the jacket pressure then experience stress changes due to water expansion? The design pressure of the jacket is 0.8 MAP.
The wording is unclear; please correct the spelling mistakes.
I don’t know what you’re talking about – what medium is used in the jacket? If water flows out from the cooling port, then closing that outlet will solve the problem.
