Working principles of absorption tower, desorption tower and stabilization tower in catalytic cracking
The absorption tower uses gasoline to absorb components above C3 in the rich gas and separates the dry gas.; The desorption tower is to decompose the remaining C1C2 components, and the bottom oil is used as the feed for the stabilization tower. ; The stabilizing tower separates the liquefied gas and stabilized gasoline through distillation.
There is something wrong with what the poster said. The working principle of the stabilization tower is the same as that of the desorption tower, but the components decomposed are different. It is not the distillation you mentioned.
I disagree with the 3rd floor, but I agree that the stabilization tower on the 2nd floor is a standard distillation tower, and the desorption tower is not.

The function of the parsing tower is to remove as much methyl and ethane from gasoline as possible, and then deethanize the gasoline as the feed of the stabilizing tower. The stabilizing tower is also called a debutanizer. It is a complete distillation tower that produces liquefied gas at the top and degassing and refining. The bottom of the tower produces stable gasoline for gasoline refining or hydrorefining. The analytical tower is actually a half tower and is not the same as the stable tower.
