How is the full jacket design for horizontal containers implemented? It mainly relates to the support area – is it welded directly to the inner cylinder, and how is it sealed? How to do NDT? Experts, please give your advice.
Welded to the jacket, providing enhanced support on the corresponding inner cylinder.
But if the inner cylinder is very heavy (thick), while the jacket is very light (thin), can the structure you mentioned provide shock absorption?
It depends on the function of the jacket. If it is used solely for heating or heat retention, the support must be welded inside, and the jacket should have a flanged structure! !
So how is the strength calculated, and how is NDT performed? Is 3 bar of steam used?
So how do you plan to carry out NDT, and how will you calculate the strength of large pores?
