On the topic of linings for the two devices

Could everyone share some information on the linings of these two devices? How can we prevent the linings from coming off, and how can we check whether the linings are in good condition?； How to design the redistribution pipes and other aspects related to the linings of these two devices……
Just trying to spark some discussion; I’d like to hear everyone’s opinions! This is a crucial issue that determines whether the catalysis can proceed!
The insulation layer is welded to the two main bodies using Ω nails, and the wear-resistant layer is welded using turtle shell mesh, after which a lining is applied. When using Ω nails for insulation, the nails must be welded firmly – welding is required at two locations, for more than 10 seconds each – and a small plastic cap should also be placed on the top. When using tortoise shell mesh for wear-resistant layers, the high-quality lining material should be used promptly, as it loses its effectiveness and becomes hard relatively quickly. The inspections include: checking for cracks on the surface, ensuring no bubbles are present inside after sampling, verifying that the strength meets requirements, and confirming that there is no shedding after baking the lining. This is just some of my personal work experience for reference only.
