Emergency help needed for coal-fired steam boiler!

Dear fellow shipyard workers: I am currently modifying a chain boiler from 4 tons to 6 tons (DZL6-1.25-A2). During the thermal testing (which lasted 4 hours at a pressure of 8 kilograms), the coal consumption was 0.4375 tons per hour, while the steam production was 3.6 tons per hour. This means that 1 ton of steam is produced by consuming 119.8 kg of raw coal. The calorific value of this raw coal is approximately 5500 kcal. Are there any issues with these figures? I saw a set of figures on a forum: one ton of standard coal can produce 8 tons of steam.
There shouldn’t be much of a problem with this data. When changing from 4 tons to 6 tons, in addition to the heating surfaces, the furnace arch also needs to be modified accordingly.

By calculating Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5, and Q6 separately, the thermal efficiency can be determined.
1 ton of coal produces 8 tons of steam? The coal dealers these days are really bad; in all my time working in this field, I’ve never managed to achieve such a yield – if we manage to get over 6 tons, we still get a bonus: lol
