Questions about liquefied gas desulfurization?

Our factory plans to install a liquefied gas fiber membrane desulfurization and denaturation unit. After reviewing the process documentation today, I have two questions for those who have used this system: 1. The technical specifications state that the polytitanium cobalt catalyst must be added daily – is it really necessary to do this on a daily basis? 2. At what voltage drop of the contactor is washing required? Is 14 KPa too high? I see that some factories require it to be no more than 7 KPa. Thank you!
Regarding the extraction process, the concentration of the polytitanocobalt catalyst is generally between 0.005% and 0.01%. Due to losses, it needs to be replenished when its concentration in the alkaline solution drops below this level. I don’t know much about fiber membrane desulfurization alcohol units; I’m learning about it here
