The amount of light diesel extracted is low, and as the extraction temperature rises, the relatively heavier components move to the top of the tower; consequently, the dry point of the crude gasoline definitely increases
An increase in the diesel extraction temperature leads to more heavy components being extracted; the heat source moves upward, resulting in a high load on the upper gas phase. If the top temperature is not reduced, these heavy components will be carried out of the top of the tower
As the temperature of the stripping layer rises, the temperature of the plates above it also increases accordingly. As a result, the concentration of heavy components on these plates goes up, which ultimately leads to an increase in heavy components in the crude gasoline and a rise in its dry point
A low extraction rate combined with a high extraction temperature can cause some diesel to enter the top circulation system as the temperature rises. The top circulation system is primarily designed for handling gasoline, and it easily carries away diesel components, resulting in an increase in the dry point of the gasoline
