As usual, a quantitative assessment is conducted on the work performed by board members during the month; those with a comprehensive score below 1200 points will receive a bonus amount corresponding to their score, while those with a score above 1200 points will receive a fixed bonus of 1200 wealth points. Unqualified moderators are downgraded to regular moderators, while unqualified regular moderators are removed from their positions outright. Regular moderators who achieve excellent performance in assessments for two consecutive months are promoted to moderators. Outstanding moderators (real* moderators) will be given additional value rewards. All moderators (including assistants) in the coal chemical industry section are requested to reply to this post; other unrelated users should not do so.
