Technologically, domestic capabilities are pretty good, but there is still a significant gap in areas such as equipment manufacturing and materials.

It mainly concerns equipment and instruments; items such as high-pressure heat exchangers, liquid oxygen pumps, expanders, cryogenic safety valves, high-pressure oxygen valves, cryogenic control valves, and bimetallic joints all need to be imported. The efficiency of the three main units is low, and the maximum capacity of domestically produced air compressors is less than 300,000 cubic meters of air per hour； Also, in terms of instrumentation and control, the level of automation is not as high ； In terms of design, there is no successful nitrogen cycle internal compression process in China that can handle a capacity of over 40,000 units. It’s interesting to see which company would dare to challenge these three domestic companies to prove otherwise.
