Ours is a radiant furnace; to prevent the conversion tubes from overheating and exploding, we conduct inspections once per hour and measure the tube wall temperature twice a day at fixed times. What about your furnace unit – how is it maintained and monitored?
Temperature difference: The temperature difference within the same plane of the furnace tubes should be less than 30 degrees, and within the same plane of the furnace chamber, it should be less than 50 degrees
