I want to see how the reactor outlet temperature changes with the inlet temperature; I’m using sensitivity analysis for this purpose, but it keeps giving errors and failing to converge, while when I input the temperatures one by one, it works fine! ! Could everyone help me analyze this? What causes it, and how should it be solved? Thank you all!

It’s very likely a problem with your variable settings
I think it’s a problem with the variable settings; for example, if your initial temperature is 60 and you want to observe changes in the range of 70–100, convergence will not be easy. If you set the initial value to 80, convergence will be smoother. Additionally, appropriate adjustments to the convergence method and acceleration parameters also help facilitate convergence.
