The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the guidelines for projects funded by the Electronic Development Fund for 2010: www.cena.com.cn. According to a notice issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, based on the \"Guidelines for Projects Funded by the Electronic Information Industry Development Fund for 2010\", 18 projects in areas such as flat-panel displays and their applications, automotive electronics and intelligent transportation, information security, software and information services, integrated circuits and electronic infrastructure, as well as information communication and digital audio-visual technologies have been selected as projects to be subject to bidding under this year’s fund program. The notice states that any entity interested in bidding should, starting from March 22, 2010, visit the website of the Electronic Information Industry Development Fund (www.itfund.gov.cn) to download the bid documents for each tender project (\"Bid Documents for Tender Projects of the Electronic Information Industry Development Fund\”), and prepare the corresponding bidding documents in accordance with the requirements specified in those documents. The tender documents shall be submitted to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology by April 19, 2010 (in the case of mailing, the local postmark shall be taken as the deadline). If tender documents are sent by mail, they should be sent by express mail.
