Finally, when the load was increased, the "four times to one" inter-stage venting was fully closed and turned to 8070rpm. The temperature went 100 degrees and dropped to 90, which lasted about 6 hours.
It is a normal phenomenon that thrust bearings bear different thrust forces and have different temperatures. You can tell by looking at the shaft displacement value.
