Can a water injection buffer tank operate at atmospheric pressure, or is nitrogen sealing required? According to the documents, it is indeed nitrogen-sealed to prevent water oxidation; however, as far as I know, several of these systems operate with an open design… I’m confused
They are usually open-type and do not require nitrogen sealing; how can oxidation occur at lower temperatures?
