The level control of the tar ship is good, but its production volume is low compared to the other two shifts; I personally supervised the operations and there were no issues. Our shift produces the highest number of coke batches from the oven, but the output is the lowest. Can anyone tell me why that is?
Take a look – is the number of products produced in your previous shift the lowest? Your output is closely related to the number of products manufactured during that shift; your output isn’t determined by the total number of products produced in your shift
Is the poster performing continuous oil pressing operations?
Check if there’s a significant change in the gas volume! If all the gas is released, the output will naturally be low!
When the temperature of the coke oven coal layer rises to 550–650°C, the emission of tar stops, while gaseous products continue to be emitted. At this stage, the volume of the semi-coke gradually decreases; cracks then appear, and these cracks gradually widen. As the emissions deepen and lengthen, the gaseous products consist mainly of CH4 and H2, with H2 becoming the predominant component in increasing amounts. The carbon content of the solid product increases, its structure becomes more dense, and its density rises; by 900°C, coke has been formed. When the amount of coal fired is high, the tar production decreases significantly. When a large amount of coal is loaded during your shift, it is precisely at that time that a large amount of tar is released when the next shift starts!
