A horizontal tank, with one inlet, one outlet, and a reflux port; does the gas outlet have a mist eliminator such as a wire mesh filler?
Generally, the outlet of liquid ring vacuum pumps is connected to the atmosphere, so the requirements for gas-water separation are not very strict. The gas-liquid separators I’ve seen on liquid ring pumps are integrated with the pump itself; a very small separator is installed at the pump’s outlet. Perhaps in applications with high requirements for exhaust gases, greater attention is paid to gas-liquid separation tanks.
