I have a question for everyone: In your company’s molecular sieve operation procedure, after it pauses during the heating phase and then starts up again, does the heating time continue from where it left off or is it reset? Is this designed to ensure that the heating is thorough enough?
If the operation of the molecular sieve is stopped for a short period due to a molecular sieve valve or some other reason, and the molecular sieve program is restarted to continue running, there is no need to restart the timing. It is possible to determine whether the heating has been thorough based on the outlet temperature of the molecular sieve heater; if this temperature does not reach the desired level, the heating time can be extended as needed toward the end of the heating process to achieve the desired heating effect. If the molecular sieve delay time is too long, appropriate adjustments can be made to it in subsequent cycles. If a parking accident results in the molecular sieve being out of service for an extended period, it is advisable to let the molecular sieve operate for one cycle before introducing gas into the tower; only after testing the output from the molecular sieve and confirming it is satisfactory can the process proceed.

I agree with the opinion from the second floor; it depends on the situation. Park the vehicle during the initial heating phase, and if the heating isn’t sufficient and a delay is needed, consider adjusting the timing manually by a small amount. Stopping the process during the middle to later stages of heating is generally avoided; manually setting a delay results in a longer waiting time. There is no need to restart timing; a prolonged delay also has an impact on the adsorption regeneration of the other group.
That’s right; this relates to the operating conditions of the two molecular sieves! For a molecular sieve that is being heated, we can generate a curve to check whether the heating peak reaches the desired level; if it does, there is no need for any delay. Otherwise, a delay is necessary in order to heat it properly, otherwise it will be harmful to the molecular sieve! In our factory, once the heating period is paused and then resumed, the time will not be reset; it will continue from where it left off! If anyone has better suggestions, please pass them on!
