It should be normal static electricity grounding; also, the internal floating plate inside the equipment needs to be grounded for static electricity purposes
Causes of static electricity in tank areas: (1) The resistivity of hazardous chemicals affects the generation of static electricity; (2) The methods used for loading and unloading hazardous chemicals can lead to static electricity; (3) Mixing different hazardous chemicals increases the amount of static electricity generated; (4) Water accumulated at the bottom of the tanks increases the amount of static electricity; (5) The time taken for static electricity to dissipate is also a factor. Grounding can effectively eliminate static electricity, and the use of anti-static coatings can also reduce its accumulation.
Oil tanks must be equipped with anti-static and lightning protection grounding systems; the pipelines, pumps, valves, etc. connected to them should also be grounded using aluminum materials.
