I urgently need effective methods for removing impurities from coking acidic water. The acidic water in the workshop contains too many impurities, which has caused several short-term shutdowns and made it impossible to operate the system over long periods of time. Installing filters in the workshop does not yield good results; the filters require flushing too frequently, as they become ineffective after roughly 15 minutes, forcing them to be discarded. I hope friends on this forum can help by suggesting effective methods for removing these impurities. Thank you
The key is to maintain stable pressure in the coke tower; preventing acidic water from carrying away coke powder is the most effective method, and it is also possible to control the amount of steam used appropriately.
