Recently, our triamine system was put into operation; however, over the past two days of production, the color intensity of the product has remained above the standard levels, while the turbidity is around 20. After checking the system conditions, no abnormalities were found, forcing a reduction in production volume. Could that expert tell us what factors affect the color intensity of the product?
There may be water ingress in certain areas, leading to the formation of amide triamine by-products; check whether the material appears weak, and inspect the areas where water ingress is possible
