Who has a flowchart or more detailed information on the oil mist generation and control section of an oil mist lubrication system? Please upload it, thank you. How does oil flow from the large tank to the main generator and the auxiliary generator, and what is the power source? What is a main generator? Some sources say it involves eddy current atomization, but how exactly does eddy current formation work? In oil mist lubrication systems, which of those devices are electric and which are pneumatic?
Why is there no one here? Are there really few people who use oil mist lubrication?
The power source is instrument air, and the oil mist generator is used to atomize the lubricating oil
I’ve used hydrogen reciprocating compressors; the lubrication for the cylinders is referred to as an atomizer. I didn’t see any supply of instrument air or nitrogen either – is this some other type?
