Problems with building structure

I have a gentle question: if the main beams and columns of a framework structure are made of concrete, while the secondary beams and floors are made of steel, then does such a framework belong to the steel framework category or the concrete framework category? Thank you!
What do you need this for? If pipes need to be laid beside columns, then concrete-based calculations are required; if civil engineering requirements apply on the floor slabs, then steel structure calculations are necessary.
