Our unit has recently modified its pure oxygen conversion preheating furnace by using a box-type heating furnace, and the results have been very good.
Ours is too, but the cost is really high!
The ones used in our unit were manufactured by Tianchen; it’s quite cost-effective to use them over the long term. Box furnaces have a high fuel efficiency and are more environmentally friendly.
Our factory is the same; it was designed by Donghua and has just been put into operation, with fairly good results.
