How is a liquid nitrogen washing molecular sieve purification system designed? What software is being used?
What is it designed to be? Is it the number of molecular sieves, the tower diameter, or the automatic switching program?
How is the liquid nitrogen washing molecular sieve adsorption system designed? I am in charge of the design process, as well as material balance
Personal opinions are not necessarily correct: Molecular sieve adsorbers are designed primarily to selectively adsorb certain substances. When a certain amount of adsorbent is used, its adsorption capacity remains constant; of course, this also depends on the type and quality of the adsorbent. Therefore, it is essential to consider how much of the substance in the process gas needs to be adsorbed in order to determine the appropriate model and quantity of adsorbent to use.
As for the data related to material calculations, I’ll look for it and send it to you once I find it. I work in the low-temperature methanol washing workshop.
In my opinion, the design process generally involves improving upon an existing design. Add some new technologies to it. If you want to do the design, I have a suggestion for you: draw a flowchart of the molecular sieve process that was recently implemented. Make some improvements based on your own needs and ideas. Material calculation is essentially selection.
