Materials related to the tube sheet

GB151 states that the tube sheet itself should have shoulders, and that forged materials should be used when joining it to the cylinder. So among the connection methods recommended in Appendix G of GB151, which one involves shoulders? Personally, I think that starting from type G1.1b, the tube sheets should be considered to have shoulders, but some colleagues say otherwise. What are everyone’s thoughts?
The protruding structure of a butt joint should be considered a shoulder.
All 4 except a) of G1.1 are counted
In G1.1, d and e are considered shoulders, while b and c correspond to a welding pad structure and are not considered shoulders
In G1, only d and e are butt joints with shoulders, while the rest are corner joints.
