Let’s talk about what is most important in self-control design ? Index table? Specification sheet? Schematic diagram? PID diagram? Wiring diagram? Installation diagram? Material lists, etc.? Which ones are the most important? In my opinion, all these things exist to help bring a design to life; they are not entirely fixed. What’s most important is to have a design philosophy and to use design methods to complete the project, with the aforementioned elements serving merely as tools for realizing that design. Everyone should share their opinions more.
Self-control design is a systematic task, and every aspect of it is important. But if I had to say which one is the most important, I think the specification sheet is the most crucial; it is the core. Everything else is based on it.
None of them can be skipped; every single one needs to be taken seriously, haha!
Agree with the opinion from the 2nd floor. As part of a project’s design, none of its components is unimportant. If I had to say the most important thing, I think it’s a sense of responsibility.
Agree with the person above. As part of a project’s design, none of its components is unimportant. If I had to say the most important thing, I think it’s a sense of responsibility.
Thought; content is merely a form of expression
To understand the complexity of an automatic control system, one often looks at the wiring diagram; I think the wiring diagram is the most important
Design is a system; none of its elements can be weak, I agree with what was said above
Design is a manifestation of wisdom. Index tables, specification sheets, circuit diagrams, PID charts, wiring diagrams, installation diagrams, material lists – all these are quite important. Another crucial aspect is your understanding of the design, and whether what has been designed can meet the requirements of that specific environment. I think it’s important for the operating conditions that exist in the design.
I think standards are also important; self-controlled design should follow existing standards, rather than drawing things in whatever way one wants or using whatever format one chooses. This results in drawings that are not standardized and makes it difficult for others to understand what you intend to convey. Also, the design of self-control is an integrated whole, with all elements needing to be interconnected.
Selection is also very important; the most crucial thing is to be careful
