The passivator tank’s vent releases the raw material

A few days ago, during an inspection, it was found that raw material was leaking from the vent on top of the passivation agent tank. Upon inspection, it was found that: 1. The single-flow mechanism at the raw material inlet is damaged and cannot be shut off ； 2. The valve connecting the outlet of the passivation agent pump is open, so the pump cannot build pressure (the outlet is connected to the tank, and the raw material flows into the tank). Treatment method: Close all valves and stop using the passivator. I wonder if anyone here has encountered such a problem; please share your experiences so that we can all learn from them.
Doesn’t the passivation agent pipeline have a check valve?
A metering pump can be used for the passivation agent pump, with a check valve in the outlet pipeline; sometimes blockages occur in the passivation agent pipeline, so a filter is installed at the inlet.
