Production issues of polypropylene coating grade

I have been producing coated polypropylene for several years now; the quality of my products has always been stable, and my customers are very satisfied with them. “I operate a small factory with a production capacity of 10 tons per day.” Since my products are made from virgin material, their price is relatively high. Last year, the woven bag industry was in a downturn, and many of my existing customers switched to using recycled material for coating purposes. In order to retain these customers, I also wanted to incorporate recycled material into my products, but after trying it for several months, the products resulting from this approach were not as good as those made from virgin material. I finally gave up and want to discuss this issue with some friends here
Hehe, doing business in an honest and upright manner – how can one win the trust of customers? (Of course, you don’t mean that customers say it’s not good; it’s just that no one else has achieved good results by using recycled materials.) One is the issue with your raw materials, and the other is the issue with additives. One is the control of process parameters, but what I want to say is that some manufacturers ignore the feelings of the general public. If your product is used in industries such as food, you can’t guarantee what additives have been added to the recycled materials, right? ! Sanlu is a great example.
What was said upstairs is correct. But in today’s market, controlling production costs is essential, of course as long as it doesn’t have a negative impact on product quality. Thank you for raising a few questions; however, they didn’t solve my problems and instead created additional difficulties for me.
The key issue still lies in the selection of recycled materials; if scrap materials are to be used, then some time needs to be spent researching those recycled materials.
