However, it is said that the cyclone is easy to block. I don’t know how other colleagues use it and what good methods they have.

You can hang chains inside. The weight and length should be tested. It depends on the air volume and pressure. Generally, add three chains.
The hanging chain is very good, it can prevent scarring on the inner wall of the separator.； The discharge box is sealed with soft rubber, and it is better to add a locking air valve on it.
The cyclone used in our ammonium phosphate production basically does not cause blockage. Exhaust gas temperature, wind speed, and dust moisture are critical, and adding iron chains is also a must.
