We use methane. Methane molecules are small enough to enter the pores of molecular sieves; being non-polar, they are not adsorbed by these sieves. Additionally, they help to reduce the partial pressure of steam on the surface of the molecular sieves and carry water vapor along with them. Another aspect is making full use of the by-products of the device products. Nitrogen can be used while driving.
I think this issue needs to be considered based on the actual circumstances, with the main points being as follows: 1. Whether the selected gas is harmful to the desiccant (safety). 2. Whether the drying effect meets the expected requirements (effect). 3. Whether the gas is readily available. 4. Economic factors.
