Regarding the transport of liquid ammonia using a cleaning machine

Our plant plans to use a washer to deliver liquid ammonia into the slurry pipe for secondary neutralization in order to increase the nitrogen content in MAP, but after several days of attempts, the pressure was not increased and the requirements could not be met. The cleaning machine used is one designed for cleaning heaters in phosphoric ammonium production; it can achieve a pressure of 800 kilograms. However, the pressure for supplying ammonia is only 20–30 kilograms, while the pressure of liquid ammonia is 8 kilograms. Could anyone please explain why this is the case?
Since the properties of liquid ammonia differ from those of ordinary liquids, it cannot be assumed that the high-pressure pump in a cleaning machine can increase the pressure for transporting liquid ammonia; instead, a dedicated liquid ammonia pump or a pressure booster pump should be used.
