I have been working for a few years now and have worked with many different types of reactors, but I have never seen the CSTR type that I learned about in school; I’m not sure what chemical products are produced using this type of reactor. If you know, please give an introduction.
A continuous stirred reactor system, also known as a continuous stirred tank reactor or simply CSTR, is a dynamic simulation device used to study and monitor the effects of air pollutants on plants.
The CSTR process can handle feedstocks with high suspended solid contents. The material within the digestor is evenly distributed, preventing stratification and increasing the opportunities for contact between the material and microorganisms. Our company’s **patented technology, the ‘Internal Circulation Slag Crushing and Stirring System’, allows organic suspended particles on the liquid surface to be circulated to the lower part of the reactor, where they undergo complete reaction, thereby preventing the formation of a ‘cover layer’ on the surface of the reactor liquid. The waste heat generated from biogas production for power generation is used to heat and insulate the system outside the reactor, **which increases the gas production rate and the efficiency of investment, while allowing the reactor to operate properly throughout the year. This process requires little space and has low costs; it is one of the most advanced anaerobic reactors in the world today.
