I would like to ask which companies are good at oil-water separation for the wastewater from electrodialysis; could you please recommend some?

The oil-water separation in wastewater treatment depends on the wastewater treatment manufacturer and on the specific treatment requirements. If only surface oil needs to be removed, suspension separation can be used; to achieve a concentration of 10 ppm, dissolved air flotation or vortex flotation is generally employed. Of course, upstream electrodialysis treatment technology is also crucial, as mentioned by the previous speaker regarding reputable manufacturers!
Maybe I didn’t explain it clearly; let me add more. Under normal conditions, electrodialysis wastewater can have an oil content of less than 150 ppm. However, when the electrodialysis process is not operating properly, the oil content in the wastewater can reach 1000 ppm or even higher; such water, if sent to a wastewater treatment plant, could pose a problem for that plant. Currently, some units have added oil-water separation systems to their electrodialysis drainage lines to carry out pre-separation within the unit. I’m quite familiar with Yangzhong Dian Desalination Equipment Co., Ltd. upstairs on the Yangtze River; I wonder if you guys also work on this type of project.
This thing is pretty good – it allows for the treatment of wastewater and oil in advance. I’m not sure though which factories have used it
A oil separator system is installed after the electrodeionization water cooling unit, and an oil-water analyzer is placed on the drainage pipeline before the oil separator; when high levels of oil are detected, the operations of electrodeionization are adjusted promptly to maximize the effectiveness of the oil separator

lyybjgz: Hello! Using inorganic ceramic membrane ultrafiltration for oil removal can yield excellent results. How much water is there? What are the conditions of water temperature and quality?

Factories in Changling, Wuhan, and other places have used it; it has been evaluated by Sinopec’s Technology Department. It is a cyclone separation device manufactured by Honglian Petrochemical Equipment Company.
The water flow rate is 25–40 t/h; the oil content can sometimes exceed 10,000 ppm, and there are small amounts of solid impurities present. The water temperature varies depending on the location it is in, ranging from 50–130°C. It is required that the oil content in the wastewater be below 150 ppm.
