When the system pressure is high, part of the chlorine gas pressure breaks the water seal and enters the waste gas main pipe. When the system negative pressure is high, the water seal is broken and the air is passed through to ensure the pressure difference. The disadvantage of this method is that if the positive and negative pressure water seals cannot be replenished in time, it may cause system pressure fluctuations or shutdown. I would like to ask if anyone has a better method. # hcbbs
I don’t know what process you use. Under normal circumstances, part of the chlorine water collected from the chlorine tank enters the dechlorination tower, and part enters the positive and negative pressure water seal circulation, thus ensuring the stability of the water in the positive and negative pressure water seals.
Chlorine water can be introduced from the outlet pipeline of the washing pump to replenish the water seal, and the overflowing chlorine water will enter the washing tower. It is required that the installation position of the water seal should be higher than the bottom of the water washing tower.
The water seal must be supplied continuously at 200l per hour, which is enough to maintain the overflow state.
