The forced-circulation triple-effect evaporation system I am working on uses water spraying combined with a condenser to create a vacuum. The vacuum tank is connected to the triple-effect separator, which operates under negative pressure. There is sufficient water flow in the condenser, and condensate pipes are installed in the shell sides of the second and third effect heaters, connecting them to the vacuum tank. The problem is that the negative pressure inside the second and third effect heaters is very low, or even positive pressure occurs; as a result, the evaporation capacity is greatly affected. I hope everyone can help me analyze this and suggest ways to improve it.

A vacuum pump is essentially a fan; without the use of a condenser, the volumetric flow rate of the gas is too high, which requires a vacuum pump with high power.
Isn’t it a bit wasteful to cool this heat with water? Is there any value in recovering it?
Generally, the heat value of such heat is quite low. If you need heat exchange, it can certainly be utilized, which is a win-win situation
