Bending moment check for ear-type supports under a pressure greater than 1.6 MPa

In Appendix B of JB/T4712, the internal pressure of the cylinder for ear-type supports is specified as only 1.6 MPa. For equipment with a pressure greater than 1.6 MPa, how should the allowable bending moment of the shell at the support location be determined if ear-type supports are used?
I really hadn’t paid much attention to this issue.
It takes some effort to calculate it manually in accordance with clause 3.6.3 of the JB/T4712.3-2007 standard.
SW6, local stress, rectangular attachment........................
