What are the key points for operating a compressor unit? In addition to vacuum level, anti-surge protection, primary dry gas seal pressure, oil return temperature, and oil pressure. . . Is there anything else? The unit experiences significant vibration; apart from issues related to the unreasonable layout and structure of the equipment and pipelines, are there any other ways to reduce this vibration? Except for anti-surge and load reduction (it is generally impossible to stay in the critical zone)

In addition to what you mentioned, there is also shaft displacement, oil temperature, the amount of gas released from the dry gas seal, the pressure difference across the dry gas seal, changes in the inlet gas flow rate, as well as the temperature and pressure in each section. As for how to reduce fluctuations in vibration levels, water can be sprayed at the entrances of various sections, the inlet filters should be cleaned regularly, and any adjustments made should be done gradually rather than too quickly
